ORGANIC FARMING PRODUCTION ICEA (Ethical and Environmental Certification Institute) EC Reg. 2092/91 with Ministerial Authorisation N° 91737 since 18.07.2002. Controls and certifies the production, processing, sales and importation of agro-food products that have been produced organically, in compliance with European regulations. |

THE "AIAB/ITALIAN ORGANIC STANDARDS (IOS)” The first one to win the backing of all Italian IFOAM-accredited certifiers, involve more stringent criteria than EC Reg. 2092/91. Particularly received well abroad, this certification is required by distribution and retail networks. This also covers Organic Aquaculture production. |

“BIOLOGICO DI FATTORIA” (Farm Organic) It is the collective guarantee label awarded by CSQA, ICEA and AIAB, and which recognises “organically farmed” packaged agro-food products, the entire production cycles of which take place on the same farm. |
